  • Who will evaluate my illness or injury?
    You will be evaluated by a board certified physician assistant with over 10 years of experience in many setting including: emergency medicine, family practice, urgent care, pediatrics, and psychiatry.
  • Can you treat my emergency?
    While we can treat minor emergencies, you should immediately call 911 for life threatening emergencies.
  • Will I be billed any additional fees if I do not have health insurance?
    No, we have attempted to make our pricing as simple and transparent as possible. We will not proceed with any recommended labs, procedures, or treatments unless we have your consent.
  • What happens if I have to cancel my visit?
    A non-refundable deposit of $35 is charged upon scheduling your visit which will guarantee that your appointment time is reserved only for you. Your $35 deposit will apply towards the cost of your evaluation.
  • What areas do you provide house calls?
    We currently limit our services to Edinburg, McAllen, Mission, Palm Hurst, Pharr, San Juan and towns within the boundaries of the map above. If you have any questions, please contact us.
  • Do you accept my health insurance?
    Yes, we are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Cross Blue Shield Federal, United Healthcare, Humana, Cigna, Aetna, Medicare and many more. If paying with health insurance, you will be charged a $45 dispatch fee plus your usual office visit copay, coinsurance, and/or deductible.
  • How can I pay for my visit/copay?
    We accept cash, check, credit card, HSA (health savings account), or FSA (flexible spending account) as payment for your consultation and treatment.
