Insurance $35 dispatch fee plus office visit copay

This includes us driving out to you, evaluating your condition, and writing a prescription if necessary.  All testing and services will be billed though your insurance.

Evaluation $135

This includes us driving out to you, evaluating your condition, and writing a prescription if necessary.  If your condition is straightforward and not requiring any additional testing or procedures, this is all you pay.  ($75 per additional patient at same location)

Lab Test or Medication $35

In addition to your evaluation fee, this covers point of care testing with immediate results such as: urinalysis, flu test, strep throat test, pregnancy test, injectable medications (steroids, antibiotics, antihistamines), or nebulizer medications (asthma/bronchitis).

Procedure $85

In addition to your evaluation fee, this includes IV fluids, splinting and crutches, wart removal, or wound repair with skin adhesive

Procedure Requiring Follow Up $125

In addition to your evaluation fee, this covers surgical procedures such as stitches, staples, toe nail removal, or abscess drainage.  This also includes one follow up for removal of stitches and staples or evaluation of abscess.

Telemedicine Consult $65

This includes an evaluation over a secure audio/video platform, prescription, and lab order if necessary. 

Sports & UIL Physicals $65

This includes us driving out to you and performing the physical.  ($35 per additional child needing a physical at same location)

Custom IV Fluid Hydration Packages starting at $125

This includes us driving out to you and administering the IV fluids.
